The president of the alley restaurant who made Baek Jong-won angry appeared.

One of them is the Pyeongtaek Tteokbokki (Tteokbokki Restaurant), where customers’ bad reviews have continued right after the broadcast. Baek Jong-won couldn’t hide his bitterness when he saw the current state of the tteokbokki house with his eyes through an agent who was introduced in advance.
The Pyeongtaek Tteokbokki House did not keep the promise it made with Baek Jong-won at all. The white rice tempura, which he promised to fry after receiving the customer’s order, was fried in advance, whether the customer came or not, and placed on an oil screen.
In addition, the tempura was moist with oil on the outside, and the dough on the inside was almost the same. The oily condition also seemed to be poor. Tteokbokki was also the same as it was before the solution.
Afterwards, when Baek Jong-won, who faced the boss, pointed out the problem, the president showed consistent appearance as an excuse.
When it comes to making tempura in advance, he said, “It’s just made in advance,” and for Tteokbokki that didn’t follow the recipe I told you, it was done according to Baek Jong-won’s recipe.
After hearing that, Jong-won Baek said, “I have to retire. “I told you that Tteokbokki without taste?” He said, “You ruined all the customers who came to support you. Do this and the guests fall? Can’t do business? The boss kicked in the rolled suit.”
The boss showed reflection, saying, “I’ll do well now,” but Paik Jong-won’s anger did not fade easily.
Baek Jong-won said, “I changed the recipe at will. The castle is gone. Are you an idiot? How accurate is the taste. Even if you sell one bag a day, please do it right.” He asked, “If you are really grateful, be a shop without losing your original intentions. I did something I couldn’t do to them. It only showed a sweet taste,” he said bitterly.
Afterwards, Baek Jong-won once again taught the recipe to the boss who decided to restore his original intentions. However, the president did not know the recipe he had been handed down from Baek Jong-won a year ago.
