President Moon Jae-in reported assets worth 2,07 billion won, an increase of 120 million won from last year.

It is explained that the deposits decreased by 900 million won and the reported amount of real estate such as land and buildings increased by 1 billion to buy the land for a new sister in Yangsan, Gyeongsangnam-do, who will stay after retirement.

Among the 18 ministries, the most wealthy member of the State Council was Choi Ki-young, the Minister of Science, Technology, and Information and Communication.

In Bangbae-dong, Seoul, it reported a property worth 11.3 billion won, including a 700 million dollar apartment and a deposit of 4.78 billion won, making it the largest among high-ranking government officials in the central government.

There have also been changes in property due to changes in the publicly announced land price.

Prime Minister Jeong Sye-gyun reported a property of 4.49 billion won, a decrease of 560 million won compared to last year, as the price of land owned in Pohang, Gyeongsangbuk-do fell.

The official price of apartments in Bangbae-dong, Seoul by Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport Byun Chang-heum rose by more than 10%, and the new appraised value for a year increased by 63 million won.

The average fortune of 55 staff of the Blue House secretary level and above was 1.47 billion won, an increase of 30 million won.

Among these, the most wealthy staff was Seo Hoon, head of the National Security Office, who reported about 4.53 billion won.

It was revealed that Choi Jae-sung’s wife, Jeong Moo-suk, bought 1,100 square meters of forest for 340 million won in Namyangju, Gyeonggi-do in May last year, but the Blue House’s position is that it is not speculative.

Chief Choi is currently building a house on the land he bought for the purpose of living in May last year, and it has nothing to do with the 3rd new town.

Some Blue House staff, who were classified as multi-homed as of last year, sold their homes, and this year there were virtually no multi-homed staff.
