On the 7th, when the temperature in the morning of Seoul dropped to -15 degrees below zero and a cold wave warning was issued, office workers wearing thick coats are on their way to work in Jeong-dong, Jung-gu, Seoul.

The minimum temperature this morning will be between -20 degrees and -2 degrees Celsius. The maximum temperature during the day will be -4 degrees to 4 degrees, similar to the previous day. Estimated snowfall (precipitation) is 5 to 15 cm (5 to 10 mm) in the mountains of Jeju, Ulleungdo and Dokdo, and 5 to the West Sea until the morning of the 12th. Jeju, excluding the west coast of Chungnam, the west coast of Jeolla, and mountain regions, was forecast to be 1 to 3 cm (less than 5 mm).

The concentration of fine dust will show a level of’good’ to’medium’ in the entire area due to the smooth diffusion of the atmosphere. The waves of the sea will rise from 0.5 to 1.5 m off the east sea and 0.5 to 1.0 m off the west and south seas. The wave height of the far sea is expected to be 0.5 to 2.0 m above sea level.
